COMMON ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
COMMONMLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q.Do I have to prepay any deposits for my trip?
A.No. You pay nothing until we book your trip, at which time your payment is due in full. You will receive a complete written quote which will include all prices, airline schedule and resort information. If after receiving this information you decide to book, that is when you authorize payment. NOTE: We will not charge your credit card until we are in receipt of your signed authorization.

Q.Who is Dreamakers?
A.Dreamakers is a specialty wholesaler that does all of the trip fulfillment for Voyager Vacation and is licensed as a Seller of Travel by the State of Washington (License #601 881 728). They have traveled thousands of passengers since 1998 and at the time of this printing they have no registered complaints with the State or with the Better Business Bureau.

Q.Once I have filled out my reservation form and faxed or mailed it to you, how long before you contact me?
A.We try to get back to everyone within 5-7 working days of receipt of your request.

Q.Are there any other requirements to get my two complimentary round trip airfares except to book my lodging through you?
A.There are 3 requirements.
1.Book one of our resort properties.
2.Pay the listed published room rate.
3.Stay the required number of nights from your departure city.

Q.My travel directory shows the required number of nights I must stay (run from 7- 10 or from 10-14). How do I know the exact number?
A.The number of nights stay required varies based on your departure airport. Generally the further you are from your destination the longer the stay required to receive your complimentary air. Your agent will provide you with the exact number of nights required when reviewing your reservation request form.

Q.What cities have departure Airports?
A.The following is a list of our Departure Cities: Albany, Albuquerque, Atlanta, Birmingham, Boston, Buffalo, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Knoxville, Las Vegas, Little Rock, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York, Oklahoma City, Omaha, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Providence, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Tampa and Washington DC.

Q.Can I stay at a property that is not listed in the book?
A.No. You must stay at one of our contracted, participating resorts.

Q.How many people can I take with me?
A.1-Bedroom condominium units sleep up to 4 adults.
2-Bedroom condominium units sleep up to 6 adults.
Hotel rooms can vary but generally they will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
Occupancy levels are based on fire codes and no exceptions are allowed.

Q.What if my trip requires a ten night stay and I can only stay for seven or eight nights?
A.If you cannot stay the required number of nights you will be charged a short stay surcharge which generally runs about one half the nightly rate for each night you are unable to stay. NOTE! We recommend you pick a destination where you can stay the required number of nights. The surcharge for short stays is normally about ½ the price of the nightly room rate, however, even if you are paying only ½ the nightly rate you are still paying a fee for nights you are not occupying your room and this will dramatically effect the savings on your trip.

Q.What if I book my trip and pay for it and then can?t travel. Do I get a refund?
A.Once the condominiums are booked and paid for they are nonrefundable. Hotel rooms may be cancelable with penalties. The 2 airfares that we purchased for you are generally non-cancellable and nonrefundable but can be changed for a fee plus any increase in fare when rebooked. These fees which are charged by the airline can cost up to $100.00 per ticket. We highly recommend you consider inexpensive trip cancellation insurance if you feel there is a possibility you will not be able to travel after you have booked and paid for your trip.

Q.How do I know we are staying in a nice property?
A.We only use (upper middle road) or high end (gold crown) properties. We can supply you with a brochure or internet access where you can review the resort.

Q.How far in advance should I book my trip?
A.We require a minimum of sixty (60) days but suggest you book 90-120 or more in advance if your traveling at peak travel times, such as a major holiday or during spring break. Keep in mind that many resorts can be booked full as far out as 120 days during these peak travel periods. Airline seats also can be sold out months in advance during these times. Our recommendation is to book as far in advance as possible during major holidays and spring break.

Q.Are there any requirements on check-in days?
A.Hotel resorts allow any day check-in; however, most condominium resorts require a Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in. Your agent will give you that information when reviewing your request.

Q.Are there any age requirements when staying at a resort?
A.Yes. Many will not allow guests under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

Q.What type of identification do we need to travel?
A.U.S. Destinations require picture identification when checking in, a valid drivers license is sufficient. When traveling out of the country you can use a U.S. passport or two pieces of identification such as a drivers license and a certified birth certificate. If you are traveling out of the U.S., we always recommend you check with your airline in advance to verify the acceptable identification, as requirements can change.
