GENERAL INFORMATION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Information:

1. RESERVATIONS: Booking must begin at least 60 days (we suggest 90-120 days) in advance of your intended departure. You may want to book even earlier if you intend to travel during spring break or other popular holiday periods.

2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. Cancellation policies will be explained by your travel consultant. Rates are not guaranteed until full payment is made. All funds are quoted in and must be paid in U.S. dollars. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. Please note that air departure taxes are not included and must be paid at time full payment is due.

3. OTHER SERVICES: Your agent can arrange car rentals or transfers to and from your hotel or resort condominium. The room charge does not generally include transportation between the destination airport and hotel or resort, service charges that are based upon room occupancy and not paid in advance through us, tips to local representatives/sight-seeing guide/restaurant employees/hotel employee/etc., meals, wines, liquors or other items of personal nature. Your travel consultant will inform you if meals, tips, taxes or airport transfers are included in your room charge, which is usually the custom at an all-inclusive resort. Except at all-inclusive, rates do not include service charges, hotel taxes or transfers.

4. CHANGES & REVISIONS: All changes in confirmed reservations are subject to availability to us. Any change fees charged by airline, hotel etc., will be the responsibility of the passenger.

5. CANCELLATIONS & PENALTIES: In addition to any cancellation charges from the hotel, resort or airlines, a penalty of $75 will be charged for cancellation of confirmed reservations. No refunds will be processed until all travel documents and vouchers have been returned prepaid to us. NOTE: many resort condominiums will not issue refunds for unused nights if the trip must be shortened. If you have trip cancellation insurance, the insurance may reimburse you for these unused nights as well as any charges for any options that may be purchased in conjunction with your vacation, which are not refundable.

6. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase trip cancellation insurance. We offer a policy that provides coverage for travel delays ($500), baggage and travel documents loss ($500), baggage delay ($100), medical assistance ($10,000), emergency assistance ($20,000), and accidental death and dismemberment ($25,000). Some states require that we offer this insurance to all travelers. Trip cancellation insurance will be offered to you for each of your vacations. You are not required to accept this insurance and you may purchase from another source.

7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents, including the airplane tickets, room and other service vouchers, will be sent priority or certified mail approximately three weeks prior to departure except in the case of late bookings. Documents will not be issued until full payment is received by us. You are responsible for these valuable documents once you receive them. We will replace a lost or stolen room voucher for a fee of $50. Lost or stolen airplane tickets can be replaced but are subject to fees charged by the airline.

8. SPECIAL TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: We should be informed of any special travel requirements (handicapped access, special meal requirements, etc.) at the time of booking.

9. DEPARTURE CITIES: All trips are based on major gateway airports. The following list is considered Gateway Departure Airports List: Albany, Albuquerque, Atlanta, Birmingham, Boston, Buffalo, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Knoxville, Las Vegas, Little Rock, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, New Orleans, New York, Oklahoma City, Omaha, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Providence, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Tampa and Washington D.C.
Secondary airports not listed may also be available ask your agent for details.
10. RESPONSIBILITY: The program, its agents, representatives, officials and suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection with the travel program, are acting only as representative for the vacationer in making arrangements for land accommodations, transportation, and related services, and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss accident, additional expense, commissions, or delay due to act of negligence of or default by any hotel; or resort, air or ground carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the travel, an act of God, rerouting or acts on any government authority, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, governments restraints, weather or other cause beyond their reasonable and personal control. We reserve the right to add or delete any hotel or condominium without prior notice as we feel will benefit the program.

11. PARTICIPATING CARRIERS: The airlines used in the program are major scheduled airlines and are selected solely by us. The program is in conjunction with the services of approved Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) member carriers.

12. THE AGENTS: All Travel arrangements are provided by Dreamakers Vacation Rentals, Inc. A registered seller of travel in Washington State, Registration #101-881-728.


Terms & Conditions:

1. This program entitles you, a family member or friend to receive two complimentary round-trip airline tickets to your vacation destination when you obtain your accommodations for a stay at one of the participating hotels, resorts or resort condominiums shown in the directory. The airline tickets you will be issued are
·For seating in the coach section of the plane;
·Valid only when used in conjunction with the accommodations supplied by the program.
The airplane tickets issued by our program are special fare class tickets, which are limited in number for each flight. You will receive frequent flyer mileage for most flights provided by us if you are enrolled in the appropriate airline program.

2. All of the hotel and condominium hotel rates quoted for your vacation are the regular published retail rate, applicable at the time of booking. This program requires that you stay a minimum number of nights depending on the hotel or resort condominium selected, date of your travel and the city from where you depart. No other discounts or promotions may be used in conjunction with this program.

3. Length of Stay: We can arrange vacations for less nights than the minimum as mentioned in paragraph 2 above. There is a surcharge for each night less than the minimum you choose to stay. Longer than minimum stays may also be arranged, with discounts provided for the nights above minimum stay.

4. Your airlines ticket voucher is valid for one vacation, which must be booked within one year and must be taken within 15 months. The expiration date for booking is printed on the Vacation Request Form and will become invalid if your credit card company (or bank) does not honor the charge (or check) used to pay for your trip.

5. You may book more than one room for this vacation and you are entitled to two complimentary round-trip airline tickets for each room/condominium booked (for which you are paying the regular published rates), each vacation (not each room) must include one adult traveling with the party.

6. Your travel consultant will inform you of the charges and conditions for others who stay in your room, including your children, and can book air reservations for additional people. Many resorts allow children to share a room with parents at no extra charge if they use existing bedding. Additional room charges, if any, for children staying with you in your room will depend on the specific hotel or resort chosen.

7. Overall, there are few blackout dates. Many hotels and resorts are, however, blacked out Christmas/New Year's and/or Presidents week and some are blacked out during other major holidays.

8. All airline tickets and hotel or resort condominium reservations are based on availability to us at the time of the request. To help you get the date and places you desire, we recommend that you book your trip as far in advance as possible.

9. We pay the United States government tax on the complimentary tickets. You are responsible for:
·All other taxes and fees, such as airport departure and landing fee and taxes, customs duties, taxes and fees levied by foreign governments, etc.
·Surcharges, gratuities, occupancy and sales taxes and other customary charges which are based on room occupancy. In some cases, these taxes and/or charges may have to be paid by you directly to the resort upon checkout.

10. Complimentary tickets to Hawaii are to Honolulu, if you go to another island, you are responsible for the cost of the interisland air.

11. CONDOMINIUM UNITS: Arrival at condominium units is usually restricted to a particular day of the week as designated by the particular condominium association, usually Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, stays of seven days or less must fall within that condos definition of a week, that is a five-day stay at a Saturday to Saturday condo may run from Saturday to Thursday or Monday to Saturday, etc. (Keep in Mind that Saturday night stays are required by some airlines.) Stay of more than seven nights may include one or more nights in each of the two defined weeks. We use a number of condominium units in most destinations, therefore the photo (if any) of the condo on the particular destination page in this book may not be the condo you will be staying at and your condo may look very different. A given destination may offer high-rise, low-rise, town-house, etc., types of condominiums. Your travel consultant will be able to give you more details about the location(s) you select.

12. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: Passport, voter registration card, birth certificate with raised seal, or certificate of naturalization are the acceptable documents for U.S. citizens when presented with a photo ID on most Caribbean Islands, and in Mexico. Children traveling with a single parent to and from Mexico require a notarized letter of permission from the other parent. When such letter is not obtained, notarized letter stating why it is not obtained is required. Other foreign destinations, require passports and some require visas. Your travel consultant will provide these details when you plan your vacation, however, you are also advised to contact the consulate of any country to which you will be traveling for specific details or changes in requirements.
